Client Reviews

What clients say

★★★★★
She explained everything in Portuguese, twice, until I actually understood it. No one had done that in four years.
R. Almeida · Framingham
★★★★★
They told me honestly that my case was weak and what I needed to fix first. They could have just taken my money.
C. Herrera · East Boston
★★★★★
One price, written down before we started. After what I had been through with my last attorney, that alone was worth it.
J. Nascimento · Everett

Common Questions

Before you call

Is it safe to contact a lawyer if I have no status?
Conversations with your attorney are confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege. We do not report anyone to any agency, and we cannot be compelled to share what you tell us in a consultation.
How much does a case cost?
It depends entirely on the type of case. We quote a single flat fee in writing after the consultation, so you know the full cost before deciding. Payment plans are available for most matters.
How long will my case take?
Government processing times vary widely and are outside anyone's control. What we can tell you at the consultation is the current published timeline for your case type, and we update you whenever it changes.
Do I need to come to the office?
No. Consultations can be done by phone or video, and most of the case can be handled remotely. We have offices in Boston and Framingham if you prefer to meet in person.
