Daniel Lynch

Daniel Lynch joined the firm in 2015 after six years at a Boston legal aid organization, where he handled a caseload that ran to several hundred families a year. That volume taught him something specific: most immigration problems are not legally complicated, they are procedurally unforgiving. A missing signature costs people years.

He now leads the firm's family petition and naturalization practice, and reviews every filing that leaves the office. He also handles employment-based cases for small and mid-sized Massachusetts employers.

Nobody loses a case because the law was against them. They lose because a form went in wrong and nobody checked.
